New Delhi. Rishabh Pant, the star wicket-keeper batsman of the Indian cricket team, had become a victim of a horrific car accident in December last year. On December 30, while going from Delhi to his hometown, his car met with an accident. The seriously injured Team India star was admitted to the hospital and is currently undergoing treatment in Mumbai. A big update has come about Pant, according to which the next 6 months are going to be very difficult for him.
Rishabh Pant had become a victim of a serious car accident on 30 December 2022 while driving a car from Delhi to Roorkee. His car collided with the divider and the local people admitted him to the hospital in Dehradun. His knee was badly injured and he was airlifted to Mumbai and underwent surgery. At present he is in the hospital and his condition is better. Due to a serious injury, he will not be able to get on the field for the next 6 months and there is little hope of his return in 2023.
According to the news of espncricinfo, Pant will not play in the IPL after being out of the home series against Australia, now it is reported that he will not be available for the selection of the ODI World Cup to be held in India in October-November.
