Cricketer Suryakumar (Suryakumar Yadav) is originally from Ghazipur in Uttar Pradesh. His village is Hathoda, which comes under Saidpur tehsil. Even today his family members live in this village. His father Ashok Kumar Yadav was an engineer at the Bhabha Atomic Research Center in Mumbai, while his grandfather Vikrama Yadav was an inspector in the CRPF. Due to his father being in Mumbai, Suryakumar’s studies were also done from Mumbai. Elementary education took place in the Atomic Energy Central School here.
