BCCI has also given green signal for this. The biggest reason for making Perth a base is the extra bounce in the wickets there. Before the T20 World Cup, Indian batsmen want to adjust to the bounce and extra pace by practicing here. So that he does not have any problem in playing fast balls in the World Cup.

According to the information, Team India will practice for 2 weeks in Perth and will play intra squad matches before the warm-up match of the World Cup. BCCI President Sourav Ganguly said that the Indian team will reach Australia two or two and a half weeks before the World Cup. The team will train and practice in Perth. Not only this, some practice matches will also be played there.

Let us tell you that Team India was earlier scheduled to leave for Australia on 9 October but coach Rahul Dravid had requested BCCI to arrange for extra practice matches for the team. Considering this, the BCCI has decided to send the team to Australia a few days ago.

A BCCI official told InsideSport, “We are in talks with some teams who can play practice matches with us in addition to the warm-up matches scheduled by the ICC.” Team India has to play the same match T20 series against South Africa after 3 T20 series against Australia. Its last match is to be played on October 4 in Indore. Now the Indian team will leave for Australia on 5 October after the end of this match. The first team was planned to go to Australia on 9 October.

Indian team will also take standby players
