Team India in trouble before WTC Final, Ishaan Kishan injured, did not even bat


Ahmedabad. Ishan Kishan got injured before the World Test Championship final between India and Australia to be held at The Oval next month. For this reason, he did not even come out to bat in Qualifier-2 of IPL 2023. Nehal Wadhera had to open in his place and he also failed. Kishan was included in the Indian team in place of injured KL Rahul. He got injured after colliding with Mumbai Indians teammate Chris Jordan against Gujarat Titans on Friday.

On the other hand, Australian all-rounder Cameron Green was injured by Hardik Pandya’s fast rising ball in the second over of Mumbai Indians’ innings. The ball hit his left elbow, due to which he had to leave the field. Although he later returned and scored 30 runs in 20 balls. The WTC final will be played at the Oval in London from June 7. For this, many players like Virat Kohli, Mohammad Siraj, Shardul Thakur have reached England.

Ishaan’s test debut is pending
24-year-old Ishaan Kishan has scored a double century in ODIs. He has played ODI and T20 for Team India. His test debut is yet to come. Talking about his first class career, he has scored 2985 runs in 48 matches at an average of 39. Has scored 6 centuries and 16 half-centuries. This includes a big score of 273 runs. He has scored a century in overall T20.
