IND vs WI: The Indian team is going to face the West Indies in a three-match ODI series from tomorrow i.e. from July 22. After this series, the Indian team will also play a 5-match T20 series against the Windies under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. But before this series, captain Rohit has suffered a major setback. This batsman got corona
Team India’s opening batsman KL Rahul has been found positive in the Kovid-19 test before India’s tour of West Indies this weekend. Team India’s vice-captain Rahul is currently out of the series after recovering from injury at the National Cricket Academy (NCA). He was in Germany for his surgery recently after his recovery. Rahul was rested for the ODI series against West Indies starting Friday (July 22), but was named for the T20I series. The T20I series against West Indies is going to start in Trinidad from July 29.
Can be out of T20 series
NCA chief VVS Laxman shared a picture of Rahul attending a meeting at the academy in Bengaluru where he can be seen talking to the coaches attending a course there. However, the sad news is that this India opener is likely to be ruled out of the T20I West Indies series to be held after a few weeks.
Rahul is out of many series
India is set to face West Indies for 3 ODIs and 5 T20Is from 22 July to 7 August. KL Rahul was also out of the South Africa series, Ireland series and England tour due to injury. Now this batsman is in danger of being out of the T20 series as well.
