The Indian batsman who scored 18 Test centuries will now become an all-rounder! video is going viral

New Delhi. Indian Test batsman Cheteshwar Pujara has returned to county cricket after playing the Test against England at Edgbaston. He is playing for Sussex this season. However, seeing him this time, it seems that he has returned with the intention of becoming an all-rounder, because he was seen bowling in county cricket. Playing for Leicestershire in the County Championship Division Two, Pujara tried his hand at bowling on the third day of the match (13 July). He bowled one over leg spin. Its video has been shared by Sussex with its Twitter handle. Sharing this video, Sussex wrote, “One over of Cheteshwar Pujara’s bowling.”

Talking about international cricket, Pujara has bowled only once. That too in a test match against South Africa in 2015. In first class cricket, he has definitely taken 6 wickets while bowling 41.5 overs. Pujara bowled 1 over against Leicestershire and conceded 8 runs in it.

In the video of Pujara’s bowling which is going viral, he is seen throwing the first two balls of short length while his third ball was full toss. However, the fourth ball definitely fell at the right place and the batsman also gave him full respect. On the fifth ball, the batsman played a shot towards mid-off and ended his over with the last ball towards the leg-stump.
