Toyota has stopped taking bookings for this SUV in India, know the reason

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) dealerships have temporarily closed bookings for the diesel variants of the Toyota Innova Crysta. The company said that the reason behind this is the waiting period of the diesel variant. The company said in a statement that “Toyota Innova has gained immense popularity in India since its launch in 2005.”

The Innova has always been ahead of other models in its segment. The company has made several improvements and changes to the vehicle over the years to meet the ever-changing needs of the customers, which include luxury features, comfort and performance. Similarly, the second generation Innova Crysta is ruling the hearts of the customers by being the leader in its segment. With its brand quality, sturdiness and trustworthiness, it has become the choice of nearly 10 lakh customers in India. This car is very much liked both personally and commercially.

Now due to high demand, the variant period of the diesel variant of Innova Crysta has increased and due to this, TKM has decided to temporarily stop taking orders for the diesel variant. Atul Sood, associate vice president, sales and strategic marketing, TKM, said in a statement, “As a customer-centric company, we are trying to first supply vehicles to customers who have already booked with dealers. However, orders for the Innova Crysta petrol variant will continue to be taken during this period.” He further said that the response of the customers regarding this model of Toyota has been much different than before.
