Pant was going to Roorkee to surprise his mother. Pant has suffered head, back and leg injuries, but his condition is stable.

According to the latest information, Pant has been shifted from the ICU of Max Hospital to a private ward after his condition improved. Sources said that after his condition improved on Sunday evening, he was shifted to a private ward, but the pain in his leg continues. He said that there is no plan for MRI as of now. After first aid at the local hospital, he is undergoing treatment at Max Dehradun. Rishabh Pant has so far scored 2,271 runs in 33 Tests including five centuries and 11 half-centuries. He has also represented the country in 30 ODIs and 66 T20s.
