Broad’s ball was swinging like a snake
Batter held the bat, all the work was done
New Delhi. The first Test match of ‘The Ashes’ 2023 between England and Australia is being played in Birmingham from 16 June. On the last day of the Birmingham Test, both the teams have a 50-50 percent chance of winning. Meanwhile, Stuart Broad has given a big blow to Australian hopes. Scott Boland, who came out to bat as a nightwatchman in the second innings for the Kangaroo team, was caught by Broad on a beautiful ball and shown the way to the pavilion.
Caught out Boland:
English captain Ben Stokes handed over the 38th over of the innings to Stuart Broad with a hope. Broad also lived up to the expectations of his captain. He targeted the second ball of this over off stump. In an attempt to put a cover drive here, Boland was caught behind the wicket by wicketkeeper Johnny Bairstow. Batting at number five in the second innings, Boland faced a total of 40 balls. Meanwhile, managed to score 20 runs with the help of two fours.
