Babar Azam was seen bowling on the second day of the Karachi Test
Tom Latham and Devon Conway are batting brilliantly
Pakistani bowlers proved ineffective on the second day
new Delhi. The New Zealand team, captained by Kane Williamson, is currently on a tour of Pakistan. The first Test match of the series between the host Pakistan (PAK vs NZ) and the Kiwi team is being played in Karachi. On the second day of this Test match, Pakistan’s bowlers looked helpless in front of the Kiwi batter. The opening pair of Tom Latham and Devon Conway put on an unbroken 165-run partnership to put Pakistan in deep trouble. Seeing his bowlers ineffective, captain Babar Azam himself took up the responsibility of bowling. Although he too could not do anything special in front of the Kiwi opener.
Pakistan scored 438 runs in the first innings on the basis of Babar Azam’s 161 and Agha Salman’s 103 runs. In response, the pair of Tom Latham and Devon Conway gave their team a bang. Both hit 165 runs in 47 overs on the second day. During this, not a single wicket of the Kiwi team fell. Babar Azam himself came to bowl before the tea break after seeing the failure of his bowlers. Babar looted 11 runs in the bowling of 3 overs while he too did not get any success.
