New Delhi. Starting with a win on the Windies tour, will Team India make changes to the playing XI for the second Test match or go with the winning combination? This is the question in everyone’s mind. Indian cricket team captain Rohit Sharma has answered this question after crushing Windies (India vs West Indies) by an innings and 141 runs in Dominica Test match. In fact, Rohit has indicated a change in Team India’s playing XI for the second Test match to be played at Queens Park Oval.
India and West Indies The second and last Test match of the series will be played from 20 July. Team India would like to win this match and sweep the host in the series. In the second Test match against the weak West Indies, the Indian team would like to give chance to other players who have played very few Tests or who can debut on this tour like Ishaan Kishan and Yashasvi Jaiswal.
Rohit said this about the change
Rohit said, ‘The most important thing is to start well. Now we would like to take this momentum into the second test. There are some players who have not played much Test, so now they are yet to be fielded. The Indian Test squad includes Shrikar Bharat, Rituraj Gaikwad, Akshar Patel, Mukesh Kumar and Navdeep Saini. These players did not get a chance in the first test match.
These players can be tried in the second test
Keeping in mind the upcoming busy schedule, the Indian team management can give rest to players like Pacer Mohammad Siraj and Ravindra Jadeja in the second test under the workload. Either Mukesh Kumar or Navdeep Saini can be fielded in place of Siraj, while Akshar Patel can get a chance in place of Jadeja. There is no possibility of any change in the Indian batting order.
