Yadav is included in the team selected for the ODI series, but the selectors have not included him in the fleet for the Test series. Kuldeep Yadav played his last Test match for the Indian team in December 2022 against Bangladesh.

The 52-year-old former spinner said during a special conversation with Geo Cinema that Kuldeep Yadav should definitely be here because he is a very good spinner. A leg-spinner is very aggressive and very difficult according to the conditions.

Talking further, Kumble said that leg-spinners definitely spend runs, but you need to take them along to develop them. Whenever he gets a chance, he must be given a chance in the team.

He said that according to the Test format, he is a good spinner. He has proved himself whenever he has got a chance. At present, Ashwin and Jadeja have done a great job for the team. Akshar Patel has also left a mark when given a chance, but you should also try Kuldeep when the opportunity arises.
