Pooja’s coach Ashutosh Srivastava spoke to News18 some time ago. He told, ‘It was a matter of 8-9 years ago. One day when I reached the stadium, the children had started playing. A kid was hitting big shots. When I reached closer, I came to know that the batsman who shot was not a boy, but a girl. I met him as soon as the match was over and asked him to join coaching.
