Yuzvendra Chahal Said I spoke to the coaches and the skipper before taking hat trick In IPL 2022

Yuzvendra Chahal Hat-trick: Team India’s star leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has won the first hat-trick of IPL 2022. The Rajasthan Royals spinner completed his hat-trick against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai on Monday night. This is Chahal’s first hat-trick in IPL and this season’s first hat-trick by any bowler. Chahal took four wickets including a hat-trick in the 17th over. He made Kolkata captain Shreyas Iyer, Shivam Mavi and Pat Cummins his prey in this over.

Chahal had entered this match with a special planning and he disclosed it after the match. The star leg-spinner said that his plan was to keep the ball outside the off-stump and for this he had worked out a special plan with the coach and captain a day before the match.

Chahal said after the match, ‘I knew that I had to take wickets in that over. So I planned to keep the ball outside the off-stump. I had a conversation with the coach and the captain about this only yesterday. Hat-trick ball I knew Pat Cummins was waiting for the googly. I was hit for a six off the googly ball and I didn’t want to take the risk. I just wanted to bowl the dot ball. (Hat-trick against Lucknow on the missed catch of the ball) This happens in cricket. The googly was good and it also showed Venkatesh the way to the pavilion.
